FloodGuard
A flood prediction and emergency response system built in response to the July 2025 Central Texas floods. Combines USGS sensor data with behavioral and vulnerability modeling to generate location-specific evacuation guidance. Released to the National Weather Service, USGS, and state emergency partners.

The Digital Genome System is a 53-parameter framework for modeling AI cognition. Nexus Memory is a four-tier neuromorphic memory architecture with documented token efficiency gains. AIMEB is a benchmarking framework for AI memory systems. Several systems are patent-pending.
